Studio Policy

1. Appointments & Guests:

Please arrive alone for your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made with Danielle

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we cannot accommodate children in the studio under any circumstances.

2. Deposit & Payment:

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking for all new clients and new services.

This deposit will be deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment.

The price includes both your initial session and the 6-8 week touch up.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Touch-Up Appointments:

Touch up appointments must be scheduled within the 6-8 week time frame.

If you miss your touch up appointment within this time period, a new $100 non-refundable deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

5. Late Arrival:

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.After this time, you will need to reschedule,

as we operate by appointment only and often have clients scheduled back-to-back.

6. No-Call, No-Show:

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may result in being prohibited from booking future appointments.

7. Contraindications:

If you arrive with a contraindication that prevents us from performing the service on your scheduled date

(e.g., active skin conditions, recent chemical peels, using harsh exfoliants like salicylic acid, glycolic acid, retinoids,

AHA’s, currently undergoing chemotherapy, or are pregnant or breastfeeding),

your deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
